This was a multi-phased, and multi-project implementation in the BW 3.5 environment. In the first phase, I successfully led the team through to completing their very tight deadline of implementing Purchasing in a two month period (I came on board in mid-March and we implemented in June). The team was so happy to meet their deadline that they kept me on board for phase II, which was to implement Sales, Production and Inventory Management (SD, PP, and a heavily modified MM with custom Costin). I took the reigns on IM and helped the SD and PP implementers. IM was not a typical IM implementation. It was very heavily customized and included external, custom costing methods. I wrote nearly 2000 lines of code to meet this requirement and we successfully met the detailed requirements for the project and we implemented on time.
