Regional Sales Manager
CurrentAs a sales representative with Horizon Signal I work closely with public and private stakeholders across the mid-Atlantic to support their traffic safety and ITS needs. • Ensure the implementation of sales strategy and sets the sales targets for focused accounts in territory from OH-NC• Work closely with government agencies to provide guidance on specifications, project design, and improving safety protocols. • Develop and proposes sales budgets and growth forecasts, aligned with the sales strategy• Support and direct proposal responses by reviewing RFP requirements, designing and describing technical solutions.• Researcher of market and competitor intelligence in the area of traffic safety and ITS solutions.• Presents at regional conferences on Horizon Signal technology and solutions.• Participates and leads in customer meetings and presentations, acting as solution lead• Manages distribution channel partners to position Horizon Signal solutions in the market
