Paint My Picture set out to deliver a timeless traditional service via a modern digital means. PMP delivered a web portal catering a platform to commission bespoke hand painted portraits and art pieces with leeway for revisions and numerous approval stages from within the infrastructure. With the agile smarts of our web dev team, a network of artists in China’s Guangdong province and lean logistics process connecting east to west, we brought to life the idea and successfully distributed 1000s of art pieces to homes across the country.

Mailman Group is based in China contracted to work off shore in Shanghai for this temporary work contract.During what was the early adopter stage of Social Media marketing and the first generation of mobile applications as part of the Mailman team we brought to life marketing plans for an iPhone & Android application "2nd Base" & online sports community "The Big Tip". The experience included developing a mix of on and offline strategies paired with PR activations.

Part of the Clemenger communication group, Creative Activation was at the time recognised as the number one retail partner in Australia and New Zealand for merchandisers, brand ambassadors, mystery shoppers and auditors. Working with leading brands and retailers, our team conducted tactical awareness campaigns boosting exposure to FMCG products. These strategic activities accelerated sales for our partners and created brand experiences in shopping centres throughout the Melbourne urban sprawl.

Contracted on a consulting arrangement following the venue experiencing a dramatic down turn in bookings and low attendance number. The contract period involved fruitfully regenerating the reawakening of the venue's branding and identity being to a new generation of punters. Further to the role the business was listed for a transactional handover and exit to new owners.

Contracted to oversee marketing synergy between ticketed pre-sales and street promotional teams for the death ale anniversary event.Reawakening past promotional partnerships simultaneous to creating new relationships the dawn of a new mainstream demographic attending the multi day festival scene was in scope and the time to bring it to life on a commercial scale the vision.
