The Strategic Partnerships team works with our key customer accounts and external partners to grow the Scientist.com Marketplace and continue to develop innovation solutions to accelerate the drug discovery and development process. Provided internal consulting and PMO support to develop and implement strategies to accelerate research and development, improve supplier performance and drive value. Led or supported transformational projects across Research, Clinical Development, and Commercial procurement categories.

Taught 'Advanced Methods for Supply Chain Management and Modeling' to MBA students, a course focused quantitative decision making and analysis in supply chain management. Topics included forecasting, stochastic modeling and linear/non-linear optimization.

Assisted national trade associations to design, build and manage group purchasing cooperatives for the benefit of the members.

Developed the tools, processes and integration with the business to drive the transformation from transactional procurement to strategic sourcing at Human Genome Sciences.Led strategic sourcing and category management for IT, Engineering, MRO, Utilities and Corporate Services for HGS. Managed transition of contracts and procurement processes to GSK after acquisition of HGS in July 2012.
