The mission of Oxford Mainstreet, Inc. is to serve as the catalyst to unify and partner with supporting organizations to promote and foster economic growth and stability within the Business Improvement District (BID) and surrounding area, while preserving Downtown Oxford’s rich historic and cultural identity.

• Provide advanced services including refunds for unsatisfactory items, custom orders for special quantities or unconventionality, money transfers to various states or countries, and addressing general concerns.• Direct all incoming calls to the correct departments and provide connection between management and customers.

• Work with a team of eight members to plan and execute a four-day orientation weekend for approximately 1,000 new students• Lead a team of 70 members

• Plan and implement historically traditional events and allocate a budget of $35,000 annually• Delegate tasks to approximately 60 members• Oversee events that reach approximately 10,000 individuals annually
