I am responsible for design and planning of land and neighborhood development as well as technical and architectural assesments of land and neighborhood use. I am responsible for all drawings for plating and building of all land use and structures, including but not limited to land plats and utility plats all the way to building blue prints. I am responsible for obtaining permits and contracting with subs. I am responsible for scheduling and materials ordering. My responsiblities include being a purchasing agent, interior designer and decorator. I must keep current with all building codes and requirements in my field for liscensing and insurance. I work closely with Local Inspectors, Area Builders Asociations and Chamber of Commerce to stay current on building standards. I am a Director of Human Resources working with employees to distribute appropriately the necessary skills and expertise needed to complete a project in an effecient and affordable plan. As an Owner I am responsible for a company that needs to work closely with the people that make this company successful.
