I am a visionary executive with over 25 years of experience in business development, digital media, and entertainment. Throughout my career, I’ve consistently focused on driving growth strategies, creating innovative content, and leading cross-functional teams. My expertise spans a variety of sectors, including entertainment, technology, health, and cannabis, where I’ve built strong relationships with stakeholders and overseen numerous digital transformations. I’m particularly passionate about marketing, business strategy, and monetizing media through social platforms and consumer engagement.Coming from an entertainment family, I was fortunate to have early exposure to the industry. My father was a long-time talent agent and Vice President of Television at the William Morris Agency, and my grandfather, who spent over 70 years with the agency, served as Chairman Emeritus. Their careers inspired me to pursue my own path in entertainment and business. My journey began in the late 1990s with my first job at KROQ, and from there, I had the opportunity to work with some of the world’s leading entertainment and tech companies, including The Collective, New Line Cinema, Wells Fargo Internet, Warner Bros, and Anova Records.Over the years, I’ve founded or co-founded several startups, such as Down Apparel, Happy Hour Channel, Startup Mgmt, TickHive, and L.A. Cannabis News. I’ve also consulted on more than 100 projects across a wide range of industries, from film and TV to tech startups and music festivals, both in the U.S. and internationally. My experiences have allowed me to share insights at over 50 podcasts, conferences, and events, and I’ve been featured in publications like Forbes, Business Insider, Denver Post, High Times, and Benzinga.Entrepreneurship has always been a part of my life. I started my first business in 7th grade, selling candy. I would buy cases of Fun Dips, M&Ms, and other favorites from a local wholesale store and resell them for a profit. By high school, I was making a few hundred dollars a week. Later, in 10th grade, I transitioned from selling candy to cannabis, building a reputation for finding the best product at the best prices.These early ventures helped shape my approach to business, teaching me valuable lessons about supply, demand, and customer relationships. Today, I continue to draw on these experiences as I guide others through the challenges of starting and scaling new businesses.
