Auto Lending Implementations within the Service Delivery, Professional Services Department- The Lead Implementation Consultant ensures that we understand our Clients needs, their business models and in turn support the clients’ setup of Sagent's Auto Lending Products to fit the clients’ needs. The client could be a new implementation (with or without a conversion), or an existing client utilizing a new product of Sagent Lending Technologies' portfolio.- Working independently and as an individual contributor to support the clients overall satisfaction.- Support discovery of Clients goals and current business models- Have a clear understanding what is in the best interest of the client while supporting Sagent's commitments- Lead Training of newly implemented Sagent Systems- Lead and support other Sagent team members, such as Project Management, Development, Quality Assurance, etc.- Work with Vendors to integrate portals, systems, etc.- Lead Policy and Procedures documents in order to stay within Sagent's compliance guidelines- Lead Client’s User Acceptance Testing, Go-live and Post Implementation Support

KR Communications was a one stop shop for various telecommunication solutions; whether it be DirectTV, Dish Network, Verizon, cell phones, satellite internet, etc. I assisted in the sales efforts here and managed a team of sales personnel.
