Responded to proactive alerts from network monitoring software and troubleshoot and repair outages. Supported all eGain vendor products for enterprise-wide knowledge applications, email management tools, contact tracking, chat support, and other decision support tools. This saved many wasted hours of troubleshooting of sites that would have been assigned incorrect subnets or wrong network solutions altogether.Developed deployment router configuration procedures for larger offices with more than one T1 line assigned. Prior to my involvement, the router configuration builder tools were only able to see and configure the first T1 line encountered, ignoring all additional lines.
