Brian Frazee is President & CEO of the Delaware Healthcare Association (DHA), which represents the First State's hospitals, health systems, and healthcare related organizations. With a proven track record of engaging key leaders and stakeholders, he is poised to lead DHA into a new era of innovation, collaboration, and excellence as Delaware's healthcare landscape evolves. Frazee brings a unique blend of political, policy, advocacy, and association leadership experience to DHA. He most recently served as Vice President of Government Affairs for the Maryland Hospital Association (MHA), where he led advocacy efforts on behalf of Maryland’s 60 hospitals and health systems at the local, state, and federal level for eight years. Prior to joining MHA, Frazee served as Director of Public Policy for the Maryland Association of Community Services, an association of over 100 nonprofit providers supporting people with developmental disabilities. He also served as an Associate with an Annapolis-based lobbying firm, worked in the office of a Maryland Senate Chairman, and managed the Southern Maryland Democratic Coordinated Campaign in 2010. His leadership in Maryland's advocacy community led him to being elected President of the Maryland Government Relations Association.Frazee graduated from the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and a Master's Degree in Public Policy with a concentration in health policy. He served as President of the UMBC Alumni Association Board of Directors from 2020-2024 and was appointed by the University System of Maryland Board of Regents as a member of the UMBC Presidential Search Committee in 2021.
