His leadership in Maryland's advocacy community led him to being elected President of the Maryland Government Relations Association.Frazee graduated from the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and a Master's Degree in Public Policy with a concentration in health policy. He served as President of the UMBC Alumni Association Board of Directors from 2020-2024 and was appointed by the University System of Maryland Board of Regents as a member of the UMBC Presidential Search Committee in 2021.
