Directed the infrastructure project openly and efficiently, incorporating project management best practices.* Responsible for project approach validation, resource scheduling, identifying risks and issues, creating mitigation plans, facilitating decisions, and tracking deliverables.* Anticipated operational and budgetary issues and took preemptive action.
