The workshop's process failures contributed to a local customer satisfaction score of less than 10%. After socialising the impacts exposed by the data with Motor Claims stakeholders, we authorised a business case for £350k that led to a complete redesign of the workshop and, ultimately, one year later, customer satisfaction scores that touched 80%. -
