• Manage the progress of the project and ensure the quality of work• Supervise contractor performance• Liaise with government departments, authorities and power companies (HKE & CLP)• Provide training and guidance to the new joiners

• Assist manager in resolving escalated complaint cases• Assist manager in providing "On Job Training" & "Mentoring" to new joiners

• Provide workable technical solutions in a professional manner• Provide "Over The Air" backstage technical maintenance services.

• Monitor and manage service partners to perform smooth flight handling• Handle administrative duties & representing HKG station to attend meetings

• Perform passenger handling services at the boarding gate and check-in counter• Perform smooth handling for service disruption cases (i.e. bad weather, ATC holding)
