Worked in all aspects of financing BrightSource's pipeline of utility-scale solar projects through a mix of debt, equity and tax equity capital. Also worked with corporate finance and development to evaluate and structure potential acquisition and joint venture opportunities.Helped successfully finance Ivanpah, our 392MW solar thermal project. Financial structure included a $1.7 billion loan guarantee from the DOE, and equity investment from NRG and Google.
