Responsible for the development of new transmission projects in North America. I am primarily responsible for originating regulated and contracted transmission opportunities, as well as, managing and coordinating key functions of project development. Those functions include understanding the state and regional constructs for transmission development, financial analysis, contract negotiations, and management of internal support teams.

Overall responsible to manager, direct, and lead PPL Electric Utilities Health and Safety department. Accountable for PPL EU OSHA regulatory adherence and to provide leadership to all PPL EU's business lines. Charged to lead PPL EU to a top quartile company.

Overall responsible for the construction of PPL Electric Utilities Capital construction. Responsible to manage a portfolio of capital construction projects and provide leadership to twenty direct reports (Construction Managers). Overall Accountable for the contract administration of all Transmission, Distribution, and substation projects, which included the safety, production, and quality.

Responsible for overseeing Transmission, Distribution, and Substation construction for PPL Electric Utilities. Accountable for the quality assurance of a portfolio of projects to ensure construction is on time, on schedule, and on budget.
