Presently, I hold the position of Senior Vice President within Houlihan Lokey's Financial and Valuation Advisory group in the Houston, Texas office. My tenure at Houlihan Lokey follows approximately ten years with KPMG, during which I served as Senior Manager within the Economic and Valuation Services group across multiple locations including Philadelphia, Atlanta, and Houston.With a professional background spanning over fifteen years, my expertise primarily revolves around providing valuation and advisory services to a diverse clientele with a focus in capital equipment. This encompasses critical areas such as financial reporting, tax reporting, fresh start accounting, FIRPTA compliance, pre-deal diligence, property tax compliance, dispute resolution and litigation support, insurable value assessment, as well as collateral support for asset-backed loans.My consulting experience has been centered on conducting valuations for a wide spectrum of industries, notably in oil and gas, power generation, renewable energy, chemical processing, consumer and industrial products, telecommunications, retail, healthcare, automotive, environmental services, food processing, among others. My prior work has also included numerous cross-border transactions with clients and assets around the globe.Noteworthy affiliations include my designation as an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) within the American Society of Appraisers. Additionally, I am recognized as a professional member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), and I maintain active membership with the Institute for Professionals in Taxation.
