Lead all operations for a high growth credit union including Branch Operations, Retail Distribution Channels, Retail Marketing, Risk and Regulatory Compliance, Sales and Service Effectiveness, Call Center and Executive Strategy. These functions include buildings, ATM's, security, call center, compliance, vendors, tellers, new accounts and Member Services. I also work with marketing, branding, social media marketing, technology solutions, product management, board committees and new product development. I was the Compliance Officer for the credit union. Led and completed a successful new branch construction project in June, 2014. in 2022, I earned the global designation Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist(CAMS) and led a new branch addition and building remodel project in Lafayette, Indiana. I earned the Credit Union Compliance Expert and Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Specialist designations both through CUNA. My team has been adding over 10% new membership growth for five consecutive years and overall membership growth for 9 consecutive years. This growth has driven non interest income, interchange income, credit cards, loans and every other aspect of our business to high performing levels.

I managed the daily operations of two full service credit union branches and successfully built a culture of sales and relationship service through a proactive approach using onboarding techniques. I was Assistant Compliance Officer and thoroughly knowledgeable in BSA, Reg CC, Reg E, Identity Red Flag requirements and various other banking regulations and Risk Management requirements for the credit union. I actively participate in board committee meetings, traditional and social media marketing, human resources, vendor/supplier relations, branch and overall credit union operations and legislative issues affecting my industry.

I managed the relationship with nearly twenty clients including major utilities, telecom and insurance companies. Oversaw a nationwide payment agent network totaling well over one thousand locations comprised of major grocery chains, convenience chains, banks and credit unions, wireless stores, municipalities and other industries. Analyzed credit of all small business agents in the network and managed collections process. I also managed the call center/help desk, shipping and field services departments. Maintained vendor relationships and successfully reduced operating costs. Led several large projects and new client implementations to help significantly grow the organization.

I managed three different branches and increased sales at each one. When I left I was managing the main office for the bank which was primarily a commercial banking and investment center. The main branch included the ATM network, main vault and commercial relationships for over 100 businesses. I acquired valuable knowledge in compliance, lending, operations and risk management in this role.
