As a Senior Manager of College Success at Achieve Atlanta, I lead and empower a team of 20 near-peer leaders who provide guidance and support to over 900 scholarship recipients at 11 university partners. I have been working in this role for more than a year and a half, leveraging my nine years of experience in community advocacy, equitable education policy, and youth development.I design and implement innovative programs and curricula that boost college persistence and graduation rates and foster academic and career success through collaboration with college success partners. I have expertise in policy research, curriculum development, strategic thinking, advising, and relationship management. I am passionate about creating and promoting inclusive and diverse learning environments that enable students to thrive and achieve their potential. My mission is to elevate the student experience and drive retention and success initiatives for Achieve Atlanta and its partners.
