This was a two-part role. The first part is seen within my title as the Partner Marketing Manager where I am an active contributor to the Partner Team’s quarterly MRR goals by coordinating all Partner marketing initiatives such as events, webinars, lunch & learns, written collateral, etc to drive brand awareness. The second part is as our Tech Partner Account Manager where I am responsible for re-engaging former tech partners and prospecting new partners, as well as manage the relationship with the account and driving partner sales. Outside of my role, I am an active member of our Culture Committee which promotes a strong office culture of diversity and inclusion.

As an ISAM at Softchoice, I managed the everyday relationship with an existing customer base, and grew new business developments within those accounts. I also successfully found and created new lines of business opportunities, drove closure, and retained my customer base by providing exceptional service and developing strong relationships. Outside of my role, I was the Chef Ambassador of our Leading Women Committee, Co-Chair of our orangePRIDE Committee, and acted as both a mentee and mentor in our Mentorship Program.

While working at DHX, I was with the programming department. As a member of that team, I analyzed weekly rating and prepared reports that highlighted our channels' performance against our competitors. Furthermore, a crucial element of the department was screening television content for and editing needs and brand fit, and I was able make recommendations for acquisitions of certain programs.

As a production assistant at Banger Films, my main focus was on Family Channel’s 'We Are Savvy'. I assisted to the needs of the producers and writers by conducting and collecting research for the show, scouting possible filming locations, and assisting and any other office management requirements.

At Bell Media, I personally created and organized the database system for their Independent Productions department by inputting and cataloguing the original content for Bell's channels. I also collected research for statistical and audience reports, and assisted with developing social media and promotional packages for a few of Crave TV's original shows.
