I am a full-time student-athlete at East Tennessee State University. I have a Nursing major with a minor in Spanish. I am an ETSU Track and Field Team member.I have over six years of experience in childcare/babysitting for children of all ages within both familial and professional settings. I also have experience as a Dental Laboratory Technician. I believe both childcare and the dental field are excellent introductions to healthcare areas related to nursing. These jobs have helped prepare me for my future career as a nurse anesthetist.While I was a student at Grace Christian Academy, I was a member of multiple academic societies and athletic teams. I received the Distinguished AP Scholar Award and the Presidential Volunteer Award for my academic and volunteering achievements. In addition, as a track athlete, I won four state championships and won the Knox News Female Track Athlete of the Year Award. I was also nominated for USA Today's Track Athlete of the Year in 2022.
