Vector Solutions acquired EVERFI's higher education business as well as EVERFI's Impact Team where I continued to lead our social impact research and data analysis.

Leveraging an unparalleled national data set of 40+ million learners, I used advanced statistical methods to deliver insights that supported subject-matter experts, academic researchers, program practitioners, and institutional leaders in EVERFI's mission to address society's most critical topics in the classroom, office, and community. I presented research at academic conferences, supported the development of new digital learning courses, advised partner organizations on best practices around program evaluation, and disseminated key insights through impact reports and whitepapers.

Conducted and disseminated research aimed at enhancing the lives of diverse children, families, and communities through project design and management, data collection, database management, statistical analyses, and publication. Research areas included character development, positive youth development, social and emotional learning, and program evaluation with organizations such as The United States Military Academy at West Point, Boy Scouts of America, Positive Coaching Alliance, Student Conservation Association, and Valley Youth House.

Managed a three-year longitudinal study of character development in youth funded by a five-million dollar grant from the John Templeton Foundation, supervised a staff of eight full-time professionals tasked with improving the quality of youth development programs for over 17,000 young people in Greater Philadelphia, and led a fundraising campaign which totaled $1MM+ annually.

Counseled children whose emotions and behaviors made it difficult for them to thrive in a traditional school setting, providing individual counseling, group therapy, and classroom support to students in grades K-6.

Directed the “Late Nite” program which offers alternative on-campus programming for students on weekend nights.
