- Conduct all communication and promotion of programming and development opportunities to 600+ student-athletes- Serve as a life skills coach to all student-athletes and work individually with football, track and field, cross-country and softball - Conduct 1:1 meetings with students to focus on all academic, personal, and professional development needs- Assist in coordination, communication, and scheduling of annual Diversity and Inclusion Summit with over 700 participants- Review recruits’ transcripts and submit eligibility forms to ensure NCAA eligibility prior to admission- Foster and build community and campus relationships to provide community engagement and outreach opportunities- Collaborate with other advisors to coordinate all mandatory Life Skills programming and community events- Advise and develop programming for ‘N-Volved’ Social-Climate Leadership group- Research and prepare monthly lists for unique community involvement, leadership, and diversity and inclusion opportunities
Varsity Softball Assistant Coach
- Helped lead team to Class A State Tournament appearance for the first time since 2013 (Top 5 finish)- Responsible for all defensive planning and preparation, specific to pitchers, catchers, and infielders- Serve as an offensive coach resulting in five new team school records, two individual school records, and one state record- Collaborate with head coach to develop practice plans, game plans, strength and conditioning programming- Assist in coordinating team activities, uniform and equipment distribution, parent meetings, and other scheduled activities
