Report to Group CFO:• Monitoring day-to-day financial operations of the company, and in charge of technical accounting matters such as IFRS15, IFRS16 and derivative instruments;• Preparation of monthly management accounts, quarterly and yearly IFRS financial statements and statutory financial statements;• Preparation of Swiss VAT and tax returns and others tax forms;• Monitoring of external debt covenants;• Management of a team of 10 accountants.

Report to Group CFO:• Preparation of monthly management accounts, quarterly and yearly IFRS financial statements and monthly reports to the shareholders;• In charge of technical accounting matters and improvement of Group accounting policies;• Management of a team of 2 direct reports and 3 indirect reports; • In charge of relation with group auditors; • In charge of group tax compliance: preparation of Group transfer pricing policies, follow up of local tax litigation, and in charge of BEPS compliance (country-by-country reporting, local and master files);• Finance integration: establish and lead the finance integration plan for the biggest acquisitions;• Monitoring of external debt covenants;• Participation in Group financing, or exit projects: drafting of finance VDD reports (PF EBITDA, net debt,normalized NWC...)

Reports to Group CFO.• Main point of contact for tax related matters at HQ mainly including Group transfer pricing policy, follow up of local tax litigations and development of a strategic tax planning;• Finance integration: establish and lead the integration plan for the biggest acquisitions. • Preparation of finance debt covenants;• Finance support for procurement or operation projects;• Finance modeling for leases or buy decisions;

Responsible for running the monthly consolidation of the Group and for preparing the annual and quarterly consolidated financial statements under IFRS.

Acting for a wide range of private clients in several sectors including consumer business, manufacturing, and construction companies.

18 month secondment with Deloitte’s New York office to serve American affiliates of European Groups, especially in manufacturing and consumer business. Comprehensive knowledge of US GAAP and SOX requirements.
