Responsibilities: • Managing numerous technicians and sub-contractors in occupied public school environment; evaluating important details such as: safety hazards/protocols and ensuring that all work is completed in conformance with contract drawings and specifications. • Supervise installation and commissioning of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems. • Complete oversight of electronic and communication systems installation avoiding dangerous power overloads using preventative tactics (avoiding daisy chains, monitoring load capacities, etc.) • Ensuring supplemented devices are functional by performing an individual diagnosis on each device.

Responsibilities: • Gathering information on future projects that will be taking place, determining from a place of authority whether or not it is viable for us to bid on them based on: application cost, location, conflicting work schedules between contractors, scope of work, required divisions, required licensing and submitting a pay app to request architectured construction drawings and specifications. • Acting as lead for the company; attending formal bid meetings, tasked with the job of evaluating other contractors' bid packages after they are read, to assure there are no discrepancies between paperwork needed and paperwork provided; potentially causing a GC to be disqualified from the bid due to an infraction. • Estimating prospective bids and aiding in the creation of detailed takeoffs for impending construction projects by: interpreting CAD drawings and specs; gathering enough info to locate a multitude of suppliers with the capacity to supply and/or furnish materials per architect's requirements. • Speaking directly with business owners and executives answering any questions they have from finances, work scheduling and navigating through our online system database to explaining the diminutive details within our signed/discussed contracts. • Creating CPM Schedules for targeted assignments and managing workflow to prevent profit loss stemming from potential liquidated damages. • Head of IT, reconciling any problems that may surface relating to: data transfer & networking, security & maintenance, system compatibility (hardware/software issues), and general electronic repair. • Entering the site as Project Administrator, performing quality control on sub-contractors, providing instruction on field coordination, and dealing with problems that arise during the construction phase. • Handling important business deals on the phone, negotiating with disgruntled, disagreeing parties to determine the best course of action for both parties.

Responsibilities: • Inputting project documents (Submittals, Daily reports, RFI's etc.) into system database. • Coordinating national business travel arrangements to service corporate accounts. • Creating business development opportunities between companies, communicating directly with commercial business owners, executives and lead engineers. • Evaluating customer's issues over the phone to diagnose and repair any problems they experience with our supplemented devices (HVAC/Electrical/Computer related) while maintaining good relationships with the customer. • Field servicing any heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical, or computer-based problems that surface involving our equipment using numerous tools at my disposal, as well as general high level intuitive problem-solving tactics. • Working and traversing under high-stress, dangerous environments (ill-maintained and unprotected interstitials, extremely high-temperature location and high altitude commercial facilities) • Macro and micro managing wireless pneumatic equipment; as well as interpreting CAD blueprints to pinpoint key structural and mechanical factors in the installation of equipment • Handling of mass sub-net programming through IP management software as well as physical alteration of specified devices. • Manually field servicing and upgrading device firmware. • Operating, maintaining and logging numerous different types of basic and specialized equipment. • Installation of wireless grid servers. • Full assembly of wireless devices and programming for wireless servers. • Being on-call 24/7 for emergencies if any building control system malfunctions should start to surface.

Responsibilities: • Performing full-scale commercial interior demolitions. • Expertly maneuvering 660SJ JLG Telescopic Boom Lift through precarious footings and harsh terrain whilst under a heavy load. • Performance of general dexterous tasks with use of various construction materials and tools throughout the 10-hour day. • Exterior finish application. • Material logistics for on site locations.

Responsibilities: • Diagnosing and repairing problematic computer effects (i.e. System Registry Corruptions, Basic Virus Removal, General System Expedition); • Delivering to the customer all essential information regarding problems they may have experienced with our products. • Providing a daily, detailed report of all functions and assignments that were completed within the department; • Establishing a healthy employee-customer relationship with all consumers both first time, and repeat. • Firm knowledge on the application of computer analysis techniques; in order to discern and eliminate any possible threats viral or self-inflicted.
