Nigeria

The FanMilk group is held by Danone and its mission is to improve health of as many people as possible by producing and offering high quality, nutritious, refreshing and enjoyable products building on an inclusive business model. FanMilk Nigeria distributes its products through its hundreds of agents and thousands of male vendors on bicycles or push carts. FanPrime is a breakthrough sustainable model to reach and impact health of women of low and middle income in Nigeria.FanPrime market test is co-funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates foundation and Danone.Responsibilities:- Co-Lead the overall project strategy and execution, together with FanMilk Nigeria Sales & Marketing Directors.- Co-design the new distribution channels with Project team and FanMilk regional team. And prepare toplines.- Prepare and iterate on business case with FM Finance team.- Follow-up with Procurement team for raw material order.- Select territory, brand name and artwork with FM Marketing team. And select touchpoints for A&P campaign.- Manage the project-level FMCG & stakeholders relationships respectively and escalate any risk early.- Ensure the project generates both financial and social impact , with potential for scale.- Drive implementation of the project - Every Day Great Execution (EDGE).- Manage project resources and report to FanMilk Nigeria Management Committee.- Ensure maximization of learning opportunities.

Nigeria

FrieslandCampina Wamco is an Operating Company of Royal FrieslandCampina and is the Nigerian dairy leader (350 mio euros).Street vendors and street food vendors play a significant role in the informal sector in Nigeria. They represent the main channel for food purchases for low and middle income population in urban areas and constitute a very effective sales network. It includes Mai Shayis (local tea shop), koko seller (pap seller), ambulant packaged food vendors. My current role is to develop those channels. I also work on the development of secondary towns / rural areas from time to time.Responsibilities:- Develop expertise and insights in the dynamics of Immediate Consumption & Immediate Purchase channels (ICIP) combining category, competitor, shopper, route to market, customer knowledge.- Lead, develop and execute insight led shopper marketing solution that change shoppers behaviors and drive sales through internal (NSMs, RSMs, ATBMs) and/or external partners (agencies) ensuring every day great execution.- Work in collaboration with the marketing teams and insure our shoppers are considered from the very beginning.- Ensure launch of relevant new product innovation through relevant channels.- Identify channel innovations and implement it.- Set and carefully manage budget whilst always evaluating the effectiveness to seek learnings that support continuous improvement and understanding the ROI.- Act as the voice of ICIP channels across our integrated commercial planning process.- Leadership Team member.- French lessons to 100+ employees.Results:+14mio euros incremental sales (2018)+3mio euros incremental sales (2017)Awards:February 2018: Best Channel Manager Award GT - MT - ATB in recognition of outstanding contribution to CDSM in channel development for overall commercial achievement in 2017.January 2019: TOP 3 finalist out of 163 submissions for the Global WIN-WIN Awards 2019. Grameen Danone Foods Ltd. (GDFL) is the first social business joint venture set between a multinational company & Muhammad Yunus who was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for founding the Grameen Bank and pioneering the concepts of microcredit and microfinance.GDFL develops and produces yoghurts enriched with vitamins. One distribution leg is a system of door-to-door sales using saleswomen to reach villages.- Co-build the commercial strategy.- Developed and co-animate a team of 4 rural area sales managers, 40 sales managers and 800 door to door sellers from scratch.- Define key performance indicators for business & social impact.- Rationalize the distribution by defining the routes for the sales managers & implement Route-to-Market approach for rural.- Channel Innovation: slums of Dhaka.- Implement rural shopper marketing activities (5000 events/year in villages).- Participation to new products launch.Grameen Danone is a Certified B Corporation since November 2018.
