- Leading a team of specialist in charge of Innovation and Development projects for the business- Testing & Validation of raw materials for Concrete Roof Tile manufacturing.- Technical Support to the factories- Providing Training and Focusing on Quality processes with the Manufacturing Teams

- Development & Testing of new Coatings for Concrete Tiles on the European Market- Production trials and implementation in the factories, working with the Engineering and production teams to achieve our goals- Part of multi-disciplinary teams ranging across Europe for project development and implementation, extensive contacts and collaboration with our coating center in Germany for product development and our production teams in the local factories- Investigations into innovative ways to optimize cost of manufacturing- Technical Support for 8 Factories in Europe (Germany / Poland / UK) regarding Paint Application and Handling, including extensive travel to factories when required- Investigating and liaising with suppliers, including quotation, drawing up of bill of requirements and tests / implementation of equipment in the lab and the factories.- Proven Track record of innovation: Runner up ETEX innovation award for the introduction of a new concrete tile using PMC technology in the Polish market.- Management of 1 Technician

Responsable de la gamme de produits Tuiles Bétons (Peinture et vernis) pour les clients à l'International (Angleterre, Irlande, Espagne, Italie, Chilie, etc.):- Développement de nouveaux produits en accord avec le cahier des charges établit par le service commercial (Résines Acryliques - Styrène Acrylique)- Veille technologique sur les sujets Tuile Béton- Sourcing de matières premières alternatives pour les formulations existantes - Modification des formules existantes pour mises en conformités des produits au niveau règlementaire (Suppression des APEO, etc.)- Échantillonnage des prospects- Contre-typage de teintes (Oeil + Spectrophomètre) - Assistance en production et au contrôle qualité- Validation, traitement et recyclage des non conformes en production- Assistance technique aux clients - déplacement en usine si nécessaire- Traitement des litigesResponsabilité dans le développement de colles :- Développements de nouvelles colles en accord avec le cahier des charges établit par le service commercial (Colles Silicates / Acrylique / PVA et 2K Epoxy/Amine)- Veille technologique sur les sujets colles- Échantillonnage des prospects- Assistance en production et au contrôle qualitéResponsable de la métrologie pour le laboratoire- En charge du contrôle et de la certifications de tous les instruments du laboratoire (Balances, viscosimètres, étuves, etc)- Tenu à jour du cahier de métrologie de chaque instrument- Devis et commande aux prestataires extérieur pour la certification des instruments en métrologie légale- Rattachement du matériel aux étalons nationaux- Audit régulier dans le cadre de la certification ISO 9001 de l'entrepriseMaitrise de techniques d'analyses particulières pour le contrôle et la formulation des peintures et colles- Rhéométrie : Adaptation de la rhéologie du produit- Calorimétrie différentielle à Balayage (DSC)Maitrise de l'outil informatique :- SAP : saisie des nouvelles formulations, saisie de commande, etc.
