As the National Finance Director for Floridians Protecting Freedom, I played a pivotal role in the historic effort to restore reproductive rights in Florida. Through strategic fundraising initiatives and coalition-building, the campaign successfully raised over $111 million, marking a groundbreaking achievement in Florida’s political history. This unprecedented funding supported the “Yes on 4” campaign’s mission to ensure reproductive autonomy for 3.9 million women of reproductive age and their families across the state.Key Achievements:1. Record-Breaking Fundraising:Raised over $111 million from a diverse coalition of donors and supporters, with contributions coming from all 67 counties in Florida and national partners. Secured support from 27,916 Florida-based donors, contributing $31,995,881.86, demonstrating broad grassroots engagement. Mobilized significant large-scale contributions from top donors, with 25 donors contributing between $375,000 and $16.425 million, totaling over $100 million in funding.2. Strategic Donor Relations and Partnerships:Cultivated relationships with key philanthropic organizations and individual contributors, including high-impact supporters such as The Fairness Project, Planned Parenthood, ACLU, State Policy Advisors, Global Impact Social Welfare Foundation, Florida Advancement Project, Hopewell Fund, Open Society Foundation, Schusterman Family Foundation, Tides Foundation, Florida Rising Together, SEIU, Think Big America 1630 Fund, New Venture Fund. 3. Fiscal Oversight and Transparency:Managed financial reporting and donor compliance processes, ensuring transparency and accountability for all contributions. Successfully balanced a complex budget to support statewide outreach programs, including door-to-door canvassing, phone banking, college campus organizing, and multilingual voter engagement efforts.

Independent Landing is a safe, affordable residential community with a range of amenities for adults with intellectual and/ or cognitive disabilities. Phase one of the community is a $36 million dollar project, a portion of that coming from state affordable housing funds, and we will be opening our doors in Mid 2023 to over 70 residents.

With 518K elected officials and 45K candidates running for office, it is imperative to replace the outdated fundraising model that leaves funding resources limited to whom you have a relationship with or requires a cumbersome process of candidates devoting an excessive amount of time on the phone soliciting high net worth donors that is not always an efficient use of time.

• Led the increase in revenue for operations and special project funding by 120% in 2015 and 2016. The money raised for operations and special projects is on top of over $40M that was received and directly spent on campaigns for 2016. • Managed all aspects for funding, managed all budgets for events, and managed the online / digital fundraising program. • Oversaw over a dozen major events in two years. Managed all aspects and increased funding opportunities for the Presidential Miami Debate (March 2016); led 4 Large Leadership Dinner and a Florida State Convention with over 1,000 in attendance; managed the Democratic National Convention for Florida with 8 events and over 500 delegates and guests. • Personally led all high-level events in Florida with Keynote speakers ranging from: Senator Corey Booker, Senator Claire McCaskill, Senator Amy Klobuchar, Governor Dan Malloy, President Bill Clinton, Senator Tim Kaine, and Senator Bernie Sanders.• Senior Financial and Strategic Advisor to “Winning Ticket Coordinated Campaign” for Senator Bill Nelson, Andrew Gillum and Nikki Fried. More than a year before the 2014 election, I was the first professional hired by then State Representative Alma Adams. • Built a nationally recognized consulting team, and an on-the-ground staff. The primary was to fill a vacancy left by long-time representative Mel Watt as he had been tapped by President Obama for an appointment. Early in the race, pundits did not give Alma Adams a shot at winning. Only one other African-American female had been elected to the US House of Representatives from North Carolina, and Alma Adams was viewed as especially weak due to her lack of past fundraising experience. As election day grew near, through Greenprint Strategies' guidance, Alma Adams became a front runner, as she had outpaced the entire field in fundraising. • With 7 people in the race, and 40% of the vote needed to avoid a runoff, pundits were analyzing and planning for the run-off election between Alma Adams and those battling for second position. On primary night, the campaign surprised everyone, as it garnered 43% of the vote.• Alma Adams handily won her general election and was sworn in as the 100th woman in the 113th United States Congress.• Led the transition efforts to build Adams’ D.C. and statewide staff and offices.

• Recruited and built a team in 2012 to run the most expensive US Senate race in history to that date (over $113 million spent) for sitting United States Senator Kay Hagan, who lost by less than 1.5% despite running what many media outlets called “one of the best campaigns of the cycle.” • Developed and executed statewide NC finance and development plan for election year with $10 million+ targeted to be raised.• Cultivated and developed election cycle North Carolina Finance Committee Board; Organized, Cultivated and implemented donor meetings across North Carolina; Cultivated North Carolina Corporate and Organizational relationships.• Ran Senator Hagan’s leadership Political Action Committee (Long Leaf Pine PAC).
