Liderar el área de Logística y Despacho de la empresa garantizando el continuo abastecimiento de Gas Licuado de Petróleo (GLP) y Gas Natural (GN) a todos los usuarios de cada una de las localidades que se benefician con el servicio prestado por Buenos Aires Gas S.A.- Desarrollar, liderar y motivar al equipo a cargo.- Promover, monitorear y gestionar en su competencia, las actividades de tal manera que se evidencie un enfoque por procesos, tomando iniciativas de mejora de eficiencia y reducción de costos.- Apoyar y brindar asesoramiento en el proceso de abastecimiento a las plantas de GLP.- Asegurar la programación, despacho y balance de gas natural.- Administrar y controlar contratos de operación de activos y asistencia técnica con terceros.- Asegurar la disponibilidad y máxima eficiencia de las unidades móviles de GLP y la Planta de Almacenamiento Intermedio de Tornquist.- Realizar Balances anuales de GLP con el objeto controlar las compras y entregas de producto a cada planta. - Estimar de volumen de cupo de propano (en coordinación con el Área de Planeamiento Económico Estratégico).- Formular el presupuesto del área y el Plan Logístico Anual; así como los reportes de gestión con los respectivos soportes.- Controlar la gestión logística a través de los Indicadores de Gestión correspondientes y tomar acciones correctivas de acuerdo con los objetivos del área.- Participar en la elaboración de las especificaciones técnicas que servirán de base para los pliegos de bases y condiciones en las licitaciones, concurso de precios y otros procedimientos relativos a contrataciones de bienes o servicios.
