Learned a ton about proper discovery, true active listening, learning what the prospect truly wants, and handling objections.- Strong focus on personal development and relationships, with a focus on (but not limited to) management, new business, and coworkers. Problem-solving, keeping conflict from arising, and resolving it when it does- Personally managed over 2,000 truckload deliveries while with Integrity Express Logistics. Each load required management of the load details from coordinating pick up and delivery times, to making sure proper insurance coverage was in place, working with the trucking companies to make sure they had the proper equipment for the load and that they had an understanding of the parameters of the load such as temperature, how to secure the freight, the timeline expectations, etc

I would read the description of the project and decide whether it was relevant and suitable for adding to the company's platform.
