Brice was on the founding team to build Circle's first product with an emphasis on web and API technologies. He established the Android team and built Circle Pay, Circle Invest, and Poloniex apps. As part of his role, his responsibilities expanded to include the web application to tokenize and redeem USDC and forward looking web architecture on Poloniex.

Ruby on Rails, Mongo, Redis, Backbone.js, and Android for the App Cloud product. Android player SDKs and Widevine plugin.

I ran UMass Boston's Digital Library Services.Systems I managed include: Voyager (integrated library system), ILLiad (interlibrary loan), WorldCat Navigator, Massachusetts and Boston Library Consortium Virtual Catalog (consortial borrowing), EZproxy (authentication system using a proxy), SFX (OpenURL link resolver), electronic reserves, website, and applications I developed (Voyager/NRE/Illiad integration, gift manager, barcode recovery tool). I organized, developed, designed, and implemented the library’s first modern website using Drupal 5. Then, I was the first and strongest supporter to eliminate it when the university revamped its web presence.I was the library's representative on the University's Information Security Council. I worked closely with campus IT to solve network and security needs. I worked with every department: Circulation, Interlibrary Loan, Cataloging, Reference, Administration.

I provided desktop IT support for the library’s Systems Department as a work-study student.
