They may also be involved in project management, overseeing the construction process to ensure that the designs are implemented accurately and efficiently. Additionally, architect founders often engage in networking activities, participating in industry events, conferences, and professional organizations to expand their professional connections and stay informed about emerging opportunities.• One to one session with the client to figure out the client’s needs, to set project time lines and budget for the project along with a space program.• Work with consultants to pin down the functional and aesthetic requirements for the fit out project.• Review all the existing inventory, furnishing and other items which can be further reused in the fit out work.• Provide complete concept design with space plans and furniture layout planning.• Design well detailed time frames and deadlines for the Fit out project to be completed.•Conduct periodic on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with plans.
