Implementation and development of a new offer of "building broker" in the Swiss construction area.I was in charge to develop the strategy of the company "Gaggetta SA" (small family business) to reach stronger profitability based on in depth analysis of the local market offerings. Based on the new vision for the business I implemented the defined action plans in the company's operations , internal and external communications including the build up of a new web-site.This project was realized in the scope of my Bachelor thesis titled : "Succession and development of SME's and family businesses"
