In Zambia, I supported a medium size furniture company to identify and test new products and strategy to support business growth. In the UK, I supported a diverse range of young people through the application and training phase the UK government funded International Citizen Service (ICS) to deliver excellence throughout each stage of the company’s largest contract. Highlights Included: - Launching a partnership with a local microfinance organisation to enable customers to purchase furniture on credit -Coordinating logistics for the launch of Challenges’ strategic partnership with the Chartered Management Institute.-Initiating personal phone calls for early applicants to the programme to improve candidate conversion rates, resulting in attendance at assessment days increasing by 60%. -Streamlined operational processes of volunteer journey by rolling out use of Eventbrite software for managing attendance, producing a new guide to assessment for volunteers and reforming training sessions.

Represented High Fliers Research on university campus, including managing the data collection process of Europe’s largest face to face survey, Times Final Year Student Survey, informing the results of the Times Top 100 Lists. Highlights: - Managed and supported 36 individuals to plan, schedule and conduct 25 interviews with final year students over the course of a week. Completed daily numbers round ups and reported daily to High Fliers Research to compare projected outputs with actual numbers and chase any discrepancies. -Created incentives, managed drop-outs and underachieving members of the team to ensure that I achieved 112% of my personal target of surveying 20% of the final year population at Edinburgh University.

I worked part-time as bar supervisor in the busy 'Dropkick Murphy's Irish bar. It is a lively, late night bar which also caters for private events and concerts. I received the 'Employee of the Year Award for 2014.I began as bar staff and was promoted to supervisor in September of 2014.
