Timber Bookkeeping is a boutique firm specializing in Construction Accounting and Administration. Everything you need to keep the office in order while you and your team stay focused on the field and landing new projects.

I handle all AP/AR, invoicing, progress payments, AIA payment applications, tax payments, tax prep, 1099s, organizing lower tier contractors, sending out NTOs, handling liens, project management assistance and some marketing.

My job duties include managing the support and administrative staff, hiring and training. I handle all unemployment claims, employee complaints, hiring and termination, and primarily a complex payroll. This is a telemarketing sales office with roughly 100 staff members, with various departments and varying commission schedules. I process payroll weekly. I also perform daily, weekly, monthly and yearly financial reporting to show performance as compared to the year before. I have created a cloud based system using the Google platform for the entire office. I have created detailed spreadsheets and write my own formulas.

I handled the administrative side of the business, conducted board meetings, event planning, merchandise orders, branding and budgeting.This was all volunteer work for us, and unfortunately due to our busy schedules we dissolved in 2016
