I’m a graduate of Michigan State University’s James Madison College, where I received a bachelor’s degree in social relations and policy with a minor in public relations.As a public affairs manager at Martin Waymire, I lead strategic advocacy and communications efforts, helping to create content and ensure that client voices and issues are heard around the state. I've grown to lead client teams such as the Michigan Library Association, Anderson Economic Group, MSU Health Sciences, and the Michigan Organization for Nursing Leadership. I also support digital and earned media strategies for clients including the Michigan Association of Health Plans, Michigan Health & Hospital Association, Business Leaders for Michigan, and the Michigan Infrastructure & Transportation Association, among others.Before joining Martin Waymire as a student practitioner in 2021, I was a student writer for the MSU Broad College of Business and spent a summer as a public relations intern at Recycle Ann Arbor, an environmental advocacy nonprofit. In 2022, I was named Student Practitioner of the Year by the Central Michigan Public Relations Society of America.
