My Immeasurable Minds business specialises in retreats, positive Neuroplasticity Training (PNT), self-compassion training, stress reduction, Buddhist book clubs and wellbeing initiatives, integrating mindful practices into daily life.Tailoring talks, workshops and ceremonies to specific needs, I have helped cultivate resilience and happiness in community organizations, corporates, and the general public across Northern Ireland. As an Interfaith Minister, I create meaningful rituals that honor life's significant moments.
