  As a team, our organization hosts empowerment events; presents as panelists and presenters at conferences, and on podcasts for speaking engagements; And facilitates training for school districts in the area of inclusive education. I guide BIPOC youth and mothers in self-development and leadership journeys to living their dreams out loud by implementing effective and sustainable systems and strategies for growth. I expand this work in professional settings, with corporations, schools, the military, etc. to create equitable spaces that affect meaningful and sustainable growth in leadership, DEI, and Inclusive education practices.
