I'm a compassionate leader that graduated Cum Laude from Trine University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Management. I decided to pursue my education because people are my passion in life. While attending Trine University, I took specialized courses in Quality Management, Supervision, Leadership, Operations Management, and Organizational Behavior. I also have knowledge of Six Sigma, LEAN Manufacturing, Kaizen, Kanban, 5S, Forecasting, JIT, Supply Chain and Value Stream Mapping. I'm an inspirational leader that demonstrates great leadership while motivating others to reach their fullest potential. I believe management needs to lead by example by demonstrating the importance of a positive attitude, always striving to help others reach their fullest potential while making a positive impact within an organization/community. Employees not only want a good manager, but they also want a caring and respectful leader that has excellent communication skills, someone that supports/encourages them, someone who inspires and motivates them, and someone who is fair and trustworthy.
