-Oversee servers, kitchen staff, and all other restaurant team members to ensure smooth operations-Delegate tasks efficiently and effectively to achieve the utmost customer experience-Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve all customer complaints-Comply with food health and safety standards-Coordinate with the valet, corporate office, clothing store, marina, event planning, and pier staff-Implement improvements based on customer reviews and feedback-Conduct daily financial records

-Supervise and systematize all prepared food as an expeditor-Arrange seating, book reservation, and administer carry out orders as a hostess-Clean and organize the restaurant and bar as a busser-Prepare decorations and seat arrangements for events-Restock inventory
