As far as creating exposure for the consumer side of the business, I maximize exposure through many internet portals, utilizing professional photography and videography, as well as international multiple listing services in addition to the local Multiple Listing Service.I am a proud member of the California Association of REALTORS (CAR), and the National Association of REALTORS (NAR). I have helped over 700 plus individuals, couples, families, military, retirees, corporate executives, and investors buy or sell a home with a transaction completed in their best interest. Real Estate was a natural fit for my skills from the start. Early in my career, I won the Rookie of the Year award in 1999, outselling the other new licensees in their first year in business. I achieved Hall of Fame status at SMAR within my first five years as a REALTOR by having high sales volume five years in a row. Due to my extensive work building real estate businesses and working with agents, I have earned Regional Certification from Keller Williams Realty International as a public speaker and trainer in the field of selling residential real estate. This involved rigorous training events with judged panels, as well as holding speaking engagements throughout California with peer review over the course of several years.
