Human Resources 70-120 employees duties include but not limited to employee benefit packages; coordinating enrollments and managing coverage, all duties associated with 401K enrollment & required annual reporting, prepares all tax related documents for both state and federal reporting, employee reviews, works directly with plant supervisors and VP regarding all HR related issues including employee reviews, raises, interviews, terminations, etc.Manages customer follow-ups as well as assist in expanding dealer network. Handles customer complaints in a results oriented manner.

All duties associated with office management including payroll, accounting, and financials

Completed all duties associated with shipping a/c units, created paperwork for LTL loads including pickup tickets as well as finished BOL's with tracking info, released product by invoicing BOL's. Created manual BOL's for flatbed pickups including assigning a forklift operator to load deliveries, created stop by stop invoices for drivers, and final checkout for loads. Entered items into inventory using PO's, vendor follow up for part number and/ or item count discrepancies. Assisted supervisors in projects.
