I have been working in the senior health field for 17 years in skilled nursing, home care, and doing my present job. I help to implement and grow the first placement agency in Orlando, Florida in 2012. I worked both as a CNA and a social services director in skilled nursing.I am married and a mother of two grown adults. My oldest is special needs, born with a rare brain disorder called polymicrogyria. My husband and I have spent many years helping him overcome struggles and obstacles that doctors have said were insurmountable.In between working with seniors, I worked as case manager/probation officer for wayward teens. I learned a lot about the human nature of people and have seen much sadness.through my different career choices, I have become very good at working with people in hard situations.I enjoy building relationships, passing on knowledge and serving others.
