As a small business Owner, I've been involved in all aspects of Construction, from Project Management, Construction Supervision, Contract Administration to Bookkeeping. As the company has grown, I've managed the systems side to ensure our bills are paid on time and our receivables are collected on time. Thanks to a steady and reliable customer base, this latter has not been a problem. CCM Construction Ltd. has found a niche in Big Box Retail where quality and on-time delivery and of primary importance. However, we have been successful working for all levels of government from Public Works Canada to various School Boards, to BC Ferries. My engineering degree has been invaluable in establishing a baseline of communication with the Owner's design team. As part of our succession plan, I provide support in our legal dealings, and assist with tendering and contract awards.
