-Manage all aspects of corporate, mid-range foundation, and individual donations/sponsorships -Duties include solicitation, cultivation, renewal, and stewardship of all donors-Staff and coordinate corporate and individual giving committees-Work with event manager and volunteers to oversee corporate and individual giving special events

-Assist in securing sponsorships and implementing event logistics for local events including Kansas City Irish Festival, CASA Annual Auction, and Habitat for Humanity Parade of Playhouses-Research and route schedules for Amway Global's National interactive bus/truck tour for Artistry and Nutrilite lines

-Assist customers with purchase choices-Build and cultivate a portfolio of loyal customers -Store duties include sale transactions, opening and closing register and store, assisting owner with product purchase selection-Man store booth at off site trade shows and events

-Manage Event Plans and supervise those who author them-Set meetings/agendas and follow up with committees as the American Royal liaison-Coordinate arrangements for events including set-up, clean up, display, volunteers, and outside contractors in collaboration with Operations and Volunteer Teams-Have a financial understanding of events and impacts and assist in creating event budget-Create Event Evaluations following each event-Coordinate and supervise bulk mailings

-Interact with vendors and customers for order placement-Ensure customer satisfaction through follow up contact-Prospect and contact potential customers-Assist in organization and follow up of product promotion mailings-Represent company at local and destination tradeshow booths-Generate and organize product pedigrees-Monitor/maintain company distributor licenses and authorized distributor status-Oversee warehouse shipping and receiving-Monitor and access current inventory-Coordinate office shipping and phone contracts-Maintain office files and supplies

-Package and ship workers' compensation prescriptions-Create and maintain database of shipped prescriptions-Provide customer service for workers' compensation customers -Coordinate shipping contract and supplies
