Bridget has twenty-five years of experience in a variety of settings. From 1993 through 2004, her focus was campaign marketing for agencies and financial service providers. She was responsible for budget, vendor and personnel management. Additionally, her work included managing campaigns from strategy to implementation, analysis, and reporting results to senior leaders. In 2010, she found opportunities within early childhood education, serving as both an assistant and lead teacher in preschool and lower school settings. While the environments were different, some of the key functions were the same, including plan implementation, communication, and leading a team.Currently, her role as Office Manager for the Weekday School allows her to use past experiences in marketing and early childhood education. In her role, she creates the annual school directory, manages contracts and payroll for sixty employees, processes tuition payments and manages expenses within the school budget. Additionally, she implemented an automated registration and payment system in 2021.
