• Manage Shoretel phone system and Fax Finder system.• Manage activation of Ionis proximity card access system• Assist and manage computer IT service requests and be a conduit to MB Consulting Group• Provide computer support and minor repairs as needed.• Coordinate Agency surveillance camera viewing as needed.• Develop and implement Operations Department filing system (paper or digital) • Draft work orders correspondence, reports, forms, charts, memos, and other documents for Operations Department for both GHSH and NSN, LLC properties.• Co-Manage utilities for GHSH & NSN, LLC properties.• Assist with building security systems and as a security contact on a 24/7 basis• Oversees the maintenance of manuals and forms for Operations staff and ensure updates are completed in a timely manner• Assists, develops and maintains strategic asset management system.• Maintains the confidentiality of correspondence, documents, discussions, meetings and phone calls.• Assists Operations Director with assigned A. P. payables, accounts and coding• Manage service and supply request for Agency copiers and other equipment (printers, copiers, etc.).• Attends operations staff meetings and develop meeting summaries for distribution in a timely manner • Perform other Operations duties as assigned
