This includes optimizing and integrating my formulation expertise with global sourcing, new technology, plant experience, and regulatory trends. I have 20+ years of specific experience with metalworking straight oils and water-based extendable product development and applications, with an emphasis on PIBSA and Sodium Sulfonate emulsifier systems. As a Technical Support Manager, I am able to provide creative ideas from the customer to forward looking leadership that helps Soltex maintain their position as a leading Regional as well as Global Chemical, Base Oil, PAO, Polybutene, Specialty Industrial Additives, Corrosion Inhibitors, Lubricants and Additive solutions provider.
