Bridget is a business leader with 15+ years’ experience across private, government and startup sectors. Her key experience in business management, healthcare and technology fields offers a unique value combination of business acumen and an extensive knowledge of the Australian health system. Her roles at RxPx Corp saw her develop a deep understanding of the software product, progressing in her role from Technical Writer to Implementation Lead responsible for solution design and configuration. Additionally Bridget has taken on Project Manager responsibilities across system implementations and upgrades. In Bridget's previous experience as owner operator, she developed competencies in financial and operational analysis, performance improvement, planning and implementation of services. Additionally, she have a proven track record in sales, team leadership, change management, digital transformation, project management and workforce planning.Bridget's passion is to improve the health outcome of the public through operational efficiencies specifically through innovation and digital transformation. She is a natural problem solver that thrives on analysis and developing solutions for business. Bridget also enjoys giving back to the community. She volunteers her time as a Director & Chair of Fundraising for Fullife Foundation which raises funds to support the health & wellbeing of women and children in Ethiopia. Additionally, Bridget is a member of Women & Change committee and Chair of Communications. This is an amazing diverse group of women that pool their funds together each year to grant a charity project that supports Queenslander's in need. Finally, Bridget also volunteers her time for her high school's Past Pupils Committee as Vice President.
