:Act as main point of contact for all residents,visitors,contractors.:Conduct multiple patrols, checking lights, ensure that doors are secure and free from obstructions:Investigate faults and leaks throughout the block:Report and log faults to upper manager and maintainance as required:Monitor CCTV cameras/Security access to review and track any concerns:Ensure all communal areas are clean at all times:Greet residents and visitors upon arrival and departure:Provide access for contractors/given the safe release of keys once authorised and ensure their return:Check and test fire alarm panels and lift alarms to ensure all is working well:Conduct interior and external patrols:Resolve issues in a timely manner:Respond to email communications and calls answering to all enquiries and making alternative suggestions where Suitable.:Maintain a working relationship as liaison between residents and mangement:Manage delivery of parcels/dry cleaning etc:Cover shifts as and when required:Consistently protect the privacy and security of all residents,guests and company
