My training began at age 2 with dance and continued for 40+ years. My teaching background began with dance at age 12 and continued until last year when my fitness classes became the sole classes taught. When time allows, I still enjoy sub-teaching dance classes as I will always believe in giving back. My dance history made it an easy transition into Group Fitness after moving to Florida from California. I enjoy teaching at the various communities and Bonita Springs Rec. center and promoting eating well and staying fit.Teaching also led me to share this gift at church. I began with Sunday school and continued becoming more involved on the Council and many other ministries. I am proud to be serving our congregation while furthering my theological education through the ELCA Diakonia program.Prior to teaching full time, my work background includes 20+ years of office administration with 7 years at the managerial level.
